Shipments and Returns
Your Package Shipment
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Deliveries are carried out using the following methods:
- Click & Collect – In Store: Free pickup from our store (available the next business day).
- Mondial Relay: Delivery to a relay point within approximately 3 to 5 business days.
- Bpost – Point Relay: Delivery to a relay point within approximately 1 to 3 business days.
- Bpost – Home Delivery: Home delivery within approximately 2 to 3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information may be provided when available, allowing you to follow the delivery of your package.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and transport costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the selected delivery method and destination. All applicable fees are clearly indicated during checkout before order confirmation.
We recommend grouping all items into a single order. Orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping charges will apply to each order individually.
All shipments are carefully prepared to ensure optimal protection of products. Although parcels are shipped at the customer’s risk, particular attention is paid to protecting fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized and items are securely packed.
