Sales Terms & Conditions – Ilhamoon

1. Purpose and Scope

These Sales Terms & Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern all online sales of products made through the website www.ilhamoon.com (hereinafter the “Website”), operated by Ilhamoon. The Terms apply to any order placed by a consumer residing in Belgium (and, where applicable, in other countries served by the Website). Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the customer. If there is any contradiction between the Terms and other information provided on the Website, these Terms shall prevail.

3. Products

The products available for purchase on the Website are those displayed at the time of consultation, subject to stock availability. Each item includes a product sheet describing its main characteristics. Pictures shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the delivered product. The Operator reserves the right to update the product assortment and limit quantities without prior notice.

4. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of VAT (TTC), unless otherwise stated. Any applicable delivery fees, payment surcharges or additional costs are clearly indicated during checkout before final confirmation. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. In case of an obvious pricing error, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the customer.

5. Ordering

5.1. Order Process

To place an order, the customer must:

  • add desired products to the shopping cart,
  • validate the cart and verify all information,
  • provide delivery and invoicing details,
  • select a delivery method,
  • select a payment method,
  • read and accept these Terms by checking the corresponding box,
  • confirm the payment.

The order becomes final once payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent by the Operator.

5.2. Order refusal or cancellation

The Operator may refuse or cancel an order in case of customer dispute, partial or full previous non-payment, suspicion of fraud or abuse, or obvious erroneous information provided.

6. Payment

Payments must be made in euros (€) using the methods available on the Website (e.g., credit card, Bancontact, etc., depending on availability). The charge is applied immediately after payment validation. If payment is declined, the order is automatically cancelled.

7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery areas

Products are deliverable within Belgium and in other countries indicated on the Website.

7.2. Delivery times

Delivery times shown at checkout are indicative. The Operator cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances (strikes, weather issues, etc.).

7.3. Receipt of goods

The customer must inspect the package upon delivery. In case of damage, missing items or deterioration, the customer must inform the carrier and notify the Operator as soon as possible with supporting photos where possible.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a statutory period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing justification.

The withdrawal request must be sent to: info@ilhamoon.com, specifying name, order number, items concerned, and clear withdrawal intention.

Returned products must be sent at the customer’s expense (unless otherwise stated) within 14 days and must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Once the returned items are received and verified, the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days using the original payment method.

Exceptions include: personalised products, unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or goods prone to rapid deterioration.

10. Legal Guarantees

The customer benefits from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with Belgian law. Guarantees do not apply to normal product wear, improper use, negligence or external damage.

11. Liability

The Operator cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, image or data loss. Liability is excluded in the event of force majeure or an external event beyond the Operator’s control.

12. Force Majeure

If a force majeure event occurs, the execution of the contract may be suspended during the period of the event.

14. Intellectual Property

All Website content is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the district of the Operator’s registered office, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.

16. Modification of the Terms

The Operator may update these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the date of the customer’s order.
